This year was my fourth State of the City address, this year held at the Palm Springs Hilton and put on by the Chamber of Commerce. The video is in three parts below, totally 41 minutes. You can learn more about where we stand as a City economically, with regards to the proposed jail, with sustainability, the budget and with our plans for the future.
